Customers, employees, and management staff can all reward a job well done using the Acknowledge-Guide-Provide Program. This nomination-based points system allows staff to cash in points for merchandise. Points accumulations over a career will earn service level pins and may qualify you for a seat at the annual gala.
The aim of the AGP Program is to improve customer satisfaction and build loyalty. By training our team members, appraising their behaviours, and recognizing and rewarding demonstrated skills, everyone wins! Staff has online access to the Points Program, including current totals and a gift catalogue.
