General Purposes

We invite you to participate in our Customer Satisfaction Survey using the access code on your till receipt. If your matter is time sensitive, please choose to email or call us for a more immediate response.

Email comments may be forwarded to emailus@totem.ca and will be reviewed within one business day. Please include the location of your nearest Totem store and a contact number in your correspondence.
