We'll deliver your order anywhere in Alberta!

Arrange for our service to deliver your packages and purchases. Your order will arrive on the specified date. However, we are unable to specify the time. For a successful delivery, please note the following points:

Totem's delivery service is "tailgate only", which means orders are placed at or near the side or rear of the truck bed, depending upon the unit used. Particular trucks cannot be specified.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide reasonable access for the truck and adequate area to safely drop the delivery load. Drops behind the home must have alley access. Please note that Totem does not drive over the city curb, onto private property, through vacant lots or between houses where landscape damage may occur. Materials cannot be hoisted over fences and will not be unloaded onto freshly poured concrete pads.

Totem will deliver as close as possible to the requested location. However, due to equipment and drop site restrictions (including power lines), all dump locations are at the discretion of the professional Totem delivery driver.

City bylaws prohibit the placement of materials on public property, including sidewalks and streets. Orders delivered to the alley must not restrict traffic and are to be moved by the recipient onto private property immediately.

Upon delivery, confirm that all products were received in good order. Any discrepancies in quantity or quality must be made to Totem within 24 hours.

Low, flat rates apply to most areas. Additional charges may apply to specialized products and services. Prices available upon request. Please contact your local store for details.
