As a designer, what can I offer my customers?

Totem offers 17 (soon to be 23) door styles in our ready to assemble program and over 40 door styles in our fully assembled program. This great selection allows you to be as creative as you want with your customers and offer them what they truly need.

In addition to our cabinets you will be supported by a full line of accessories for our customers ranging from gorgeous cabinet hardware to one-of-a-kind granite countertops. If you are a creative person with a great sense of style, you won’t be disappointed working for Totem as one of our designers. 

What if I am not trained for this position?

Don’t worry about it! Totem is the training leader in the home improvement industry. Ideally, we want you to have some 20/20 software experience, but what we really want is an amazing attitude! Our reputation of outstanding customer service and knowledgeable people is what we pride ourselves on. Therefore, we invest hundreds of thousands of dollars into training our people. If you are one of those people that gets jazzed up by watching the renovation programs on HGTV® and TLC® we are offering you the opportunity to create some of those designs and get paid for it!!
