Real Deal Price Guarantee

We Beat Their Regular Price

If you find an identical product at a lower regular or everyday price at one of our competitors, we will meet that price and offer an extra 10% Totem Gift Card back.

We Match Their Sale Price

We will match a competitor’s discounted or on-sale price on an identical product providing the price is advertised. Their discounted or sale price is Totem’s price.

We do have guidelines for price matching our competition however, our Store Managers have the final decision when it comes to serving our Customers ...

• The item must be in stock and the pricing must be able to be verified.
• The item must be the same brand, model, quality and include evidence.
• We reserve the right to limit purchases to reasonable homeowner quantities.
• The comparative price must be from a competitor located within 50 km of Totem.
• Price clubs or warehouses with memberships are not considered as competition.
• Cash and carry (debit, credit, cheque) purchases only.  Delivery is not applicable.
• The Real Deal Guarantee is not applicable to clearance, end-of-season or bankruptcy sales, special orders, installations, exclusive contractor quotes or offers, price errors in advertising or e-commerce.
• May not be combined with any other offer.
• Taxes are not included in our prices.

Returns

Totem will gladly refund or exchange stocking merchandise in saleable condition with the original receipt. Power tool, discontinued and clearance item returns are subject to management approval. Returns and exchanges without an original receipt require management approval, require proper identification and will only be refunded as in-store credit.
